Enjoy far-reaching views of the harbour, Torbay and the south coast of Devon from all rooms. Only a few minutes walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants, water's edge, beaches and the beautiful South West Coast Path. With integral on-site parking (a rare luxury in the old parts of town) you can easily explore the South Devon area without the parking hassles that peak season brings. Enjoy meals al fresco on the private terraces or around the large dining table in the chef friendly home. The space Ground floor: Large open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge on the ground floor with sliding door on to the balcony and steps down to the private dining terrace below. A further flight of steps takes you to the beautiful garden. There is a 'Secret' loo in the large hallway (several past guests didn't discover it for a few days!) with large sink. Garage and laundry facilities (washing machine, large 'butler' sink, ironing board). The garage is small and suitable for vehicles no larger than W 1775mm, L 4080mm, H 1980mm First Floor: Two double bedrooms with spectacular views, and large closet space. Sliding door from master bedroom on to another balcony. Guest access You will have access the whole house and garden. We do lock one store room on the first floor. This is our house, rather than a full time holiday let, which we share when we are away, which is why it isn’t available all year round. Other things to note We will send you comprehensive directions before you arrive on how to get to the property. If you are not arriving by car let us know and we'll instruct you accordingly. You can park directly outside the house to load/unload. Parking is available in the adjoining garage for small/medium cars.
