The apartment comes with spectacular views from your own private balcony. The space The Park Avenue apartment complex offers a high-end lifestyle and is well-positioned in the heart of the city with cafes, restaurants, Glebe Park, and shops just around the corner, and it’s only a short walk to the Convention Centre, Canberra Theatre, Floriade, Stage 88, the light rail and Lake Burley Griffin or a scooter ride to ANU. BEDROOM: Your bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with fresh linen. The linens are professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Also, the bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space for your luggage. The master bedroom also includes a desk and has its own private balcony. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. I will provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper, and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen whenever you're craving home-cooked meals and has: - fridge/freezer - cooktop - oven - toaster - electric kettle - crockery and pieces of cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV with Netflix access that you can use. Guests can log into their own services such as Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV, Stan, and more. It also has access to all local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: The washing machine and dryer are in the unit and available to use as well as an iron and ironing board. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, gym and Common Garden / Courtyard / Rooftop throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. 5-minute free parking available on Akuna Street Park At car park is a 2-minute walk away on 33 Allara St Car Park - rates start from $4/hour. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Other things to note Access is now available from Allara St. The parking space is nice and large. Please look at the instructions to help you locate it as it’s in a multilevel building. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
