There's a cozy kitchen with fireplace and child sleeping loft, fully equipped kitchen (but no dishwasher), comfy living room with TV and queen size pullout sofa, and one full bath. The child sleeping loft above kitchen has a queen-size futon couch and low 4-foot ceiling, a perfect nook for reading, playing and extra sleeping space.
