Musical Forest Villa near Stadium w/ parking pass!

A Cozy Quiet Villa, which pretty much has everything plus a little extra, our villa makes guests feel at home. It includes a bedroom with a queen bed, Christoper Walken closet, balcony, w/d, kitchen, dining table, fireplace, desk & a spacious living room w/ pull out couch, two Smart TVs . This villa overlooks the beautiful Alton Baker Park which contains Autzen Stadium, Cuthbert Ampitheater and The U of O & PK Park. The space This guest villa offers a private entrance, snug queen sized bed with a lustrous comforter and more than enough pillows, linen, Private Bath/Shower, washer/dryer, Walk-In Closet, Fireplace, Balcony, Full Kitchenette, Samsung Smart TV with 5.1 Surround Sound & Sharp TV in bedroom with Netflix, Amazon Video with WiFi. We use hypo allergenic linens!! No animals live here but we welcome quiet animals for an additional fifty dollar pet fee. Wake up to fresh coffee. Full kitchenette is offered to you were you can cook up a storm or maybe just make a bowl of corn flakes, there are ample eateries and grocery stores nearby. We also have a beautiful balcony that is great to hangout at and listen to the rain during the rainy seasons. Additional guests after three staying after 11:59 pm on any given night is an additional fifty dollars. Any guests entering the apartment will need to show ID to the ring app at any time during ones stay. Perfect for a solo traveler, couple or even a few friends. It is truly a special area where you have access to all the major attractions Eugene has to offer. Walking distance to Autzen Stadium where you can catch a ducks game and don't have to worry about parking since that is included with your stay. For Concerts you are walking distance to the Cuthbert Amphitheater and you can even catch a Emeralds game during the baseball season. If you walk over the bridge you can also reach the University of Oregon. (Map will be provided!!!) Unfortunately it's a quiet neighborhood which Isn't suitable for parties. Guest access Guest may access most things minus any locked doors that are for the host. We kindly ask guest(s) to use the mirrored closest, as the closet without mirrors is for the host's personal items. Other things to note If an area seems chilly I do keep two portable heaters and extra linen if needed.
