The space The accommodation is fully equipped: dishwasher, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob. The apartment is also ideal for travelers, fitters, interns. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment! If the smoking ban in the apartment is violated, a charge of 200 euros will be levied. Smoking is ONLY allowed outside. In front of the apartment there is a table with a chair and (ashtray is under the table. Guest access The apartment is yours only. Street parking is free. Other things to note Additional person in apartment per day and night will be charged 50 euros. It is not permitted to invite strangers to the apartment unannounced. Absolute privacy is guaranteed here. For stays, if desired, cleaning costs such as cleaning the bathroom and room are 15 euros/hour. Additional fresh towels 6 euros, bed linen + sheets 6 euros.
