A Barlavento Villas is an excellent accommodation option in Ilhabela, located 150m from Itaguaçu beach, in the heart of the island, which is composed of 3 private houses and 7 gracefully decorated independent suites, which share the patio, the garden and the pool. This is Casa Pegasus, which has: - Equipped private kitchen - Service area with portable barbecue - Living room - 2 full baths - 2 bedrooms -1 private internal garage space The space Casa Pegasus is one of the 4 houses of this villa designed and accommodates up to 6 people - 5 people in beds in the dormitories and 1 person on a sofa in the living room. It also has a full kitchen, two bathrooms with box blindex, balcony with hammock, service area with tank and private barbecue. In the common area there is a beautiful and cozy swimming pool surrounded by orchids, with loungers and a shower after the beach. Next to the lounge, decorated with light clothesline, tables and sofas in addition to flowery vases hanging on the wall. Guest access We have 1 garage space available per house. On adjascentes streets, parking is allowed for free. Other things to note We kindly ask you to respect the rules below: 1- Loud speakers are prohibited at any time of the day, in accordance with Municipal Law No. 1,169/2016, which regulates the disturbance of peace. The guest ensures that they are responsible for respecting it and if they have any complications that generate a fine to the property in this period, it will be their sole responsibility. 2- Small pets are allowed, observing the rules below: - It's not allowed to leave pets at home alone. - Maximum 2 small pets per booking - No pets allowed in the common area without supervision. - Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves in the garden/common area - It is not allowed for pets to sleep on beds, sofas and chairs - No Pets entrance in the pool. If found, additional amount will be charged for cleaning the pool and filter (hairs may clog the filter). - Towels, sheets, mattresses, cushions, dishes and kitchen objects are not to be used for pets. 3- Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. 4- When leaving the bungalow, please close doors, windows and turn off lights and air conditioning. 5- Use of the swimming pool is permitted from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. We ask that you pay attention to children, as there is no supervision. For safety, the use of glass utensils, glasses and bottles in the pool area is prohibited. 6- No visitors. 7- It is forbidden to hang clothes and towels on the facade and balconies. We offer floor clothes in the service area. 8- In Ilhabela, there is selective waste collection and we encourage sustainability. We would be grateful if you could separate the recyclable from the organic and put it in our trash can on the sidewalk! 9- We ask that you do not lie on the beds with sunscreen, as stains can hardly be removed. If we lose the piece, we may charge the guest. 10- We ask that you do not take bath and face towels to the beach or pool area. In case of damage or loss, a charge will be applied. 11- Please do not throw toilet paper, sanitary pads or any other object in the toilet, to avoid problems with clogging. 12- The suites are on the upper floor, going up the stairs and, therefore, do not have accessibility and are not suitable for those with reduced mobility. 13- Before leaving, we ask that you leave the kitchen organized so that the team can clean it. Please leave the dishes washed, put out the trash bags and remove food from the refrigerator. 14- 1 garage space available per house 15- Keys and card, in case of loss, 50.00 will be charged 16- We ask that you maintain good relations with other guests and respect for noise. The leisure area, including the swimming pool and garden, are part of the common area of the property and are for the exclusive use of guests. Barbecuing in the common area is not permitted.
