Modern studio with private parking in the best spot in Pocitos. 8th floor, windows from ceiling to floor. Ample view with sea as background. Fully eqquiped. Very Functional. Three blocks from the beach, seafront promenade, and Buceo recreational harbor (Puerto de Buceo). Two blocks from Luis Alberto de Herrera Avenue, with the World Trade Center, Montevideo Shopping, restaurants, shops and a lively day and nightlife. Yet quiet. Excellent transportation means. The space Well illuminated studio, great spot in Puerto de Buceo, nice clear view. Double bed and single couch with a thin mattress (hanged on the wall) for an additional guest. Safe for small children. Fully equipped kitchen. Small desk for a computer, air conditioning, TV with Netflix, wifi, complete bathroom. Bed linen and towels. Private parking and doorkeeper from 2 - 10 pm. Guest access Guests may use washing and drying machines (at a resonable price) located on the tenth floor. There is also a lounge with barbecue on the same floor that can be used if requested to me in advance. Nice lobby and private parking. Other things to note The building has a modern lobby and a nice atmosphere with people of all ages, Uruguayan and foreigners. Located in an elevetad area on 26 de Marzo street with partial sea view as background, three blocks from the beach, and walking distance to all services. Still, the department is a confortable place to live and work in. When windows are closed, silence is absolute.
