Lady Erma is located on the second floor, the west facing suite enjoys plenty of natural light. It features one queen bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Breakfast is not included in this rate. Breakfast can be purchased onsite for US$20.00 per person The space The G.L. Buhrman house was built in 1914 and has maintained most of its original elements, like the wainscotting throughout the house. The hosts have refurbished areas in order to maintain its originality in most areas. The rooms are all equipped with modern amenities for the comfort of their guests, such as a multiple power outlet with usb plugs; shampoo, condition and body lotion handcrafted by local vendor; hair dryer, luggage racks. Guest access Guests have use of the family room and living room. They can also use the back patio. Smoking is not allowed on the back patio or any other indoor areas. Other things to note While the house is located in a very quite neighborhood it is surrounded by two commercial properties so there may be noise at times during the day (i.e. lawnmowers). Nighttime is very quiet with the occasional fire truck or police siren.
