The space Our family home is open, light and spacious, you'll feel instantly calm when you walk inside the front door. Timber floors throughout, open plan kitchen/dining and lounge. Cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, whip up a Latte with the snazzy coffee machine and relax on the lounge. Fire up the fireplace or gas heather if you want to cosy up. The backyard is really big with a swing and lots of grass for kids to play and the teepee cubby is perfect for hide and seek. We've got two chickens in the coop down the back and you're welcome to their fresh eggs - and fresh passionfruit off the vine. The yard also has a custom built monkey bar set, sandpit, soccer goals, and fire pit area. The timber deck wraps around the back of the house with plenty of seating and outdoor lounge to relax with a wine or cuppa. Cook a barbie and watch the sky turn pink from the back deck. The main bedroom has a queen bed and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom attached. The second and third bedrooms have double beds. All rooms have beautiful plantation shutter windows. The main bathroom has a full bath and large shower and vanity. The toilet is separate. Walking distance to the local pool and the Wildflower reserve. The heart of Ulladulla is only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk away if you feel like a stroll. You'll find shops, coffee, cafes, Woolies, Coles and the beautiful harbour. Pets are welcome, outside please. Guest access The house is on a cul-de-sac, very safe for kids. Walking distance to Ulladulla Harbour and shops - Treehouse cafe and woolies. 5 minute walk to the Ulladulla Wildflower Reserve and the Leisure Centre and swimming pool.
