The main floor is a common area that includes a fold-out couch and twin futon. It also has a huge kitchen with all the amenities a butler pantry and a large eating The second floor includes all three bedrooms with two full beds, a trundle, a futon, and an attached bathroom in the master bath, and two other bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bathroom in the hallway. Then the rooftop deck takes the entire top floor and includes a TV and beautiful views. Grocery and restaurants are about 4 to 5 blocks away, and Centennial Park is about 8 blocks (moderate walking distance out a quick drive). LOCAL GUESTS MUST REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING. Guest access The house includes a washer and dryer, along with full kitchen and bathroom amenities, and extra bedding and towels. Other things to note There are extra items provided, such as extra paper towels and extra trash bags under the kitchen sink. But you can also request additional items for an extra fee. There is a $50 trip charge for each request, plus the cost of the item you are requesting. The extra charges do not apply to anything that breaks spontaneously during your stay.
