A space to relax after a busy day whether it’s work or travel. This guest room is located in a 5 bedroom home, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to restaurants, Tulare Outlets, Right off the 99 freeway, 5 miles away from the World Ag Expo, 40 miles away from Sequoia, 3 miles away from Adventist Health Clinic, & 10 mi away from Kaweah Health Hospital The space As you go through the main house and move toward the kitchen on your left side, the private room will be located through the kitchen where the French door is at (room will be labeled #4). This is a private guest room inside the house with a full bed, baby crib, tv, and two closets. Bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry room are shared with other guest, please maintain the house presentable for other guest to come or are staying there already, Guest access Guest will have access to their private room & bathroom downstairs only. Guest will share access to bathroom, laundry, kitchen and living room. No access to the back yard yet until I finish remodeling. Parking will be on street. During your stay If you have any questions you can message me or call at any time Other things to note I'm remodeling a few things in my backyard, so as of now it is off limits. You will not have access to go upstarts due to other guests renting those private rooms. You are more than welcome to use anything available in the kitchen, laundry room, and living room. All I ask is to please clean up after yourself. Bathroom is located inside the laundry room.
