CLEAN & Disinfected 1 BR Cottage

Welcome to our backyard bungalow...a space we lovingly refer to as Studio BC. This 600 sq ft home is completely separate, private and comfortable. Friends that have stayed with us have shared that it's quiet, calm, and relaxing - just what you need while exploring St. Louis! In 2015, we gutted and began renovating Studio BC. We've been SuperHosts since 2017. We can't wait to meet you. :-) Get to know us on IG: @mystudiobc The space You'll enter Studio BC from our shared backyard, up 8 steps onto your private deck. From there, you'll see a large eat in kitchen with a banquette and comfy pillows and stocked with full size appliances, dishes, pots, pans, etc. The kitchen opens to a living room with two sofas, TV and small work space. Use our free wifi and Roku streaming device to catch up on your favorite shows. Off of the living room is a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. And, off of the living room is also a bedroom with two large closets, luggage racks and a full size bed. Guest access You can enjoy a coffee on your deck or some evening time in our backyard. Other things to note March 2020 Note: Our homes are cleaned with disinfected between every guest. Every linen is washed thoroughly. All surfaces, walls, and floors are cleaned. Happy to host for longer stays for those seeking respite housing and/or medical professionals. And with that note... Bringing kids? Let us know - we have pack and plays, books, toys, booster seats, etc available and are happy to loan those to you during your stay. Our property shares an alley with an auto body shop. They work on cars Monday through Friday from morning until 3 or 4 in the afternoon. You may hear some talking or noise from tools outside of the home from time to time. St Louis is an metropolitan city and we live in the heart of it. Please remove valuables from your vehicle, lock your vehicle and the home when leaving, and exercise relative caution. You might see a fully renovated home next door to a vacant home and across the street from one that's under construction...such is life in St. Louis. The patchwork of homes is diverse and many city blocks are still climbing their way out of the effects of redlining decades ago and the recession just a few years ago.
