Welcome to your cozy retreat in Kirwan, Townsville, designed especially for solo travelers, students or couples, seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of North Queensland. Our thoughtfully appointed room offers a tranquil haven within easy reach of key destinations such as hospitals and James Cook University (JCU), ensuring a stress-free stay for guests exploring the vibrant city or attending to academic or medical needs. The space Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the accommodation provides a restful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As you step into your private sanctuary, you'll be greeted by a welcoming ambiance and all the comforts of home. The room is elegantly furnished with a comfortable king single trundle bed, adorned with crisp linens and plump pillows, promising a rejuvenating night's sleep after a day of adventures or academic pursuits. A bedside table with a reading lamp offers the perfect spot to unwind with a book or plan your itinerary for the following day. For guests who need to catch up on work or studies, a dedicated workspace is provided, complete with a desk, ergonomic chair, and high-speed Wi-Fi access. Stay connected with colleagues, classmates, or loved ones, or simply take advantage of the peaceful environment to focus on tasks at hand. Fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided, ensuring that you have everything you need for a refreshing start to your day or a relaxing wind-down in the evening. Guest access Guest Access: As a guest in my 2-bedroom house with a shared bathroom and study, you'll have access to all areas of the house except for my personal bedroom and the lockup garage. You'll have full access to one of the two bedrooms in the house, which will be yours exclusively for the duration of your stay. Bathroom: The shared bathroom is available for your use and will be kept clean and stocked with essentials such as toiletries, and a hairdryer. Please feel free to use the shower, sink, and toilet as needed during your stay. Living Areas: The common living areas of the house are yours to enjoy, including the cozy living room and inviting dining area. Feel free to unwind on the sofa, watch TV, or share a meal with the host in these communal spaces. Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, which features modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Whether you're brewing a cup of coffee in the morning or cooking up a gourmet dinner in the evening, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary cravings.
