No Drinking and Loud Noises at night. >> We have Guests on Ground and 2nd Floor of the same building. Please maintain silent hours. >> Early check in post 6am : 50% one nights base fare. >> Late Checkout upto 6pm : 50% of one night's base fare. >> Delaying checkout beyond mentioned time of 10am will be charged 50% of nights rent, extended upto 6pm. >> We do not have luggage drop off or luggage keeping service after checkout. >> Cancellation Policy Strict. Non Refundable. >> Alteration Requests Accepted only UPTO one week prior to check-in date. >> Cleaning service is not included. For long term guests of 1 week and above cleaning can be arranged on mutually agreeable time, at extra charge of Rs300 per visit.
