Weekly/ Monthly stays welcomed! Our home is filled with light and plenty of space to create or retreat, Hollywood style. We work in music and love meeting individuals in all walks of life. Noho arts district is a center for all things art and performance. Guests have access to kitchen, lounge area, laundry and outdoor spaces. Etc. Guests have access to their private room and a bathroom shared with one other person. You may also enjoy the living room with full wall projector and cook in our brand new chefs kitchen. There is a long driveway and space to walk around the house as well as a turf lawn out front for sunny days. We are always available to help out with anything you need. The house is quiet, you will hardly see me unless you need me. Our home is located on a quiet residential street. - There are a few bars, restaurants and a club within walking distance but far enough away to not have traffic or noise. - We are 5 min walk from the North Hollywood train station. 10 min train ride to Hollywood Walk of Fame. - 8 minute train to Universal city walk. - We are a short ride away from Universal theme park and Warner brothers studio. - Nearby groceries include Ralph’s, Vallarta Market. Or an 8 min drive to Whole Foods. - Saturday enjoy a local farmers market and Sunday vegan street fair 10-4pm. - And if you’re an artist this is central location for recording studios, dance studios and rehearsal spaces. - Also many different types of gyms and yoga studios around the area. - There are rental Electric BYRD scooters & LIME Scooters for getting around NOHO. - There is garage space for a car (when requested) as well as street parking. - Uber or Lyft is the quickest way to get around to West Hollywood or downtown.
