Our condo is open for rental all year, BUT, for Feb and March it is only by the month. Watch the boat activity from your lanai! Restaurant on premises, boat ride to private beach with lounge chairs, restaurant by the beach. Very relaxing with King bedr. and pull out in living room. Pool /hot tub on harbor..groceries 3 min away! The space Warm and tidy condo with everything close by, without crowds. Fantastic pool with drinks and food available pool side. Feels like St Johns!! Just the right size for two, but comfortable for four with pull out. Air conditioner and fans keep it cool, but we usually just open the doors,and let the ocean breezes do the trick! Manatee and dolphins play just off the lanai. Beautiful sunsets at the pool! Grills at condo and pool for your use. Dolphins in the wake of the boat on the ride to the beach or the after dinner ride home. Go freely to the beach without coolers and chairs! Love that! Great beach for shelling and shark tooth hunting! Did I mention... No crowds!! Boca Grande just down the street..Venice 20 min away..Sarasota 40. Half way between Ft Myers and Tampa. Easy drive or lemo ride. We will have our little slice of heaven ready for your arrival. Marked parking just in front. We have more than one condo, so elevator or not...as your needs require. Guest access There is a fantastic pool on the harbor, so lots to see while you are soaking up the sun. There is a restaurant just steps from the pool, allowing you to step in for lunch, dinner or a cocktail, or have it at the pool! Hot tub is right on the harbor, also. Water taxi picks you up at the pool for a nice ride to the beach or restaurant. Usually $5.00 round trip. Other things to note There are so many great places near by. Old Englewood is one of our favorites. Very quaint and just a good browsing area for a few hours. You must go to Boca Grande. It is very close , great restaurants, beautiful beaches and such a quaint feeling. A rented golf cart lets you explore and enjoy.
