This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a family room downstairs suite with a separate entrance. A fully equipped kitchen and kitchen table. The family room has a TV with access to Netflix, u-tube and other channels . The bed is a queen-size bed. The couch seats 7-8 people. We do have an open staircase. Quests have said they don't hear us upstairs. I don't mind if you have 2 other people if they want to sleep on the couches, just let me know ahead of time so I can put out bedding out for them. When you book with us, I give you the code to the door you have access to the night before you check in. We have plenty of parking space if you have visitors over. We do have a little dog, but we put a gate at the top of the stairs so he can't enter the downstairs area.// We live about 1 and a half miles away from the WSU stadium. ****if you need a place to park, you can park one car at my brother's place which is 2 blocks away from the WSU stadium. This is included in the price when staying at our place.
