The building is 1 block from the lagoon and 8 minutes' walk from Ipanema beach, with plenty of shops around and many dining options, such as bars, restaurants, markets, etc. Guest access The guest will have exclusive access to the interior of the apartment. The use of the condominium's common areas, including but not limited to corridors, stairs, garage and outdoor areas, for stays, meetings or smoking is not allowed. The use of common areas should be restricted only to the necessary circulation for entry and exit from the property. Other things to note Visitors or people not registered in the listing are not allowed to enter during the stay, under any circumstances, even for short periods.
