Two authentic group lodgings "Family in Othe". You will stay in Bouilly, a charming hilly village, located 1.5 hours from Paris and 15 minutes from Troyes. We open the doors of an old Champagne house, the Cottage, and its renovated barn. The total capacity of the 2 cottages combined is 20 people. Perfect for family gatherings, for a stay with friends or for business trips and corporate seminars. The space The Famille en Othe cottages are located in the heart of a village with local shops. They are composed of a house and a renovated barn facing each other. A reception/meeting room is available. They are located on a 1000 m2 wooded plot. Parking for 4–5 cars is available on the property and free parking is also available in the village. The Cottage, a 160 m2 gîte has, on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen, a 20 m2 dining room with a table that seats 12, a 20 m2 living room, a bathroom, a toilet, a laundry room. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, as well as a large reading area. Bedroom 1 is composed of 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 is composed of 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 is composed of 1 double bed on the 1st level and a single bed in its mezzanine. Bedroom 4 is composed of 2 single beds on the 1st level and a single bed in its mezzanine. The reading area is equipped with 1 sofa bed. A terrace with large 12-seat table and deckchairs in front of the cottage. The 80 m2 "La Grange" cottage has an equipped kitchen, large living room in solid oak parquet, very bright thanks to its glass roof, bathroom, 2 bedrooms each with its own mezzanine. Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed on the 1st level and a double bed in its mezzanine. Bedroom 2 is composed of 2 single beds on the 1st level and a double bed in its mezzanine. On the ground floor of the barn is a sauna area with shower and access to the garden in the backyard, with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, not overlooked. The 45 m2 common room is located on the ground floor of the barn, it has a large table for up to 20 people, a kitchen area and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Other things to note The cottages are dedicated to gatherings of family, friends, colleagues in complete tranquility. The maximum capacity of the cottages (20 people) must be strictly respected, day or night. Parties that are too noisy and too late are forbidden, partygoers should refrain. Music is allowed but not too loud. The cottages are located in the center of a quiet village with nearby neighborhood. Check-out is in the morning. Weekend package possible, contact us.
