Two authentic group lodgings "Family in Othe". You will stay in Bouilly, a charming hilly village, located 1.5 hours from Paris and 15 minutes from Troyes. We open the doors of an old Champagne house, the Cottage, and its renovated barn. The total capacity of the 2 cottages combined is 20 people. Perfect for family gatherings, for a stay with friends or for business trips and corporate seminars. The space The Famille en Othe cottages are located in the heart of a village with local shops. They consist of a house and a renovated barn that face each other. A reception/meeting room is available. They are located on a wooded plot of 1000 m2 (0.25 acres). Parking for 4-5 cars is available on the property, and free parking is also available in the village. The Cottage, a 160 m² vacation rental, has the following on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a 20 m² dining room with a table that seats 12, a 20 m² living room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a large reading area. Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed on the 1st level and a single bed in its mezzanine. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds on the 1st level and a single bed in its mezzanine area. The reading area is equipped with 1 sofa bed. A terrace with a large 12-seater table and sun loungers in front of the cottage. The 80 m² "La Grange" cottage is located on the first floor of the barn. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with solid oak flooring that is very bright thanks to its glass walls, a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, each with its own mezzanine. Bedroom 5 consists of a double bed on the 1st level and a double bed in its mezzanine. Bedroom 6 has 2 single beds on the 1st level and a double bed in its mezzanine. On the ground floor of the barn, there is a sauna area with a shower and access to the garden in the backyard, with a terrace, garden furniture, and lounge chairs, not overlooked. The 45 m2 common room is on the ground floor of the barn. It has a large table for up to 20 people, a kitchenette, and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Other things to note The cottages are intended for family, friend and colleague gatherings in complete tranquility. The maximum capacity of the cottages (20 people) must be strictly adhered to, both day and night. Parties that are too noisy and go on too late are prohibited. No party animals allowed. Music is allowed, but not too loud. The cottages are located in the center of a quiet village with neighbors nearby. Check-out is in the morning. For weekends, check-out on Sunday afternoon is possible for a small extra charge. Please contact us.
