Leafy Retreat

Relax in this leafy hideaway, a short stroll through bushland to walk trails around the lake at Yellagonga Regional Park. Your guest suite is private & self-contained, complete with combined living & kitchen space, three bedrooms and modern bathroom with shower and deep bath for lovely relaxing soaks. The outdoor dining area overlooks the pool and walled garden with access to an outdoor shower. You’ll be located within walking distance to Woodvale shops, local restaurants and public transport. The space Our house has been divided in the middle, the front section is where my husband and I live, as well as our pup Ruby, and cat Ivor. The back section is the guest accommodation, which is completely sectioned off and private. The guest suite, pool and outdoor seating area, is for our guests' exclusive use. The property is for paying guests only, and not designed for parties or social gatherings, as it is also our residence. You will also be able to use the laundry if required, this is the only shared space (sharing with myself only). My husband does maintenance in the pool and garden area, but other than that you will have it all to yourself. We will respect your privacy but will be available if needed. The pool is open in summer from 7am until 9pm. We have nominated a max of 4 guests, as the place is great for relaxing & chilling out for couples or a few friends. Although the combined living and kitchenette isn't huge, there are 3 bedrooms, with a queen and 2 double beds. Please note the property is not suitable for children under 5. Guest access There is free parking in the street at front of house. Public transport is within walking distance. Other things to note We have a dog and a cat. Ivor the cat wanders around the garden, he can be friendly but generally keeps his distance. Ruby is a Kelpie pup.
