Atmospheric and spacious detached house

A beautiful and atmospheric traditional Finnish house, perfect for families. The house features four bedrooms, a spacious children's room (toys, 3 beds), two toilets, a sauna, a kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property boasts a large yard with a trampoline and a 3x6m heated swimming pool(also winter time, 15 celsius). Just a short walk to Kerava city center, and conveniently located 15 minutes from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The space In front of the house is a large patio and forest. In summer there is a trampoline as well as a heated swimming pool, gas grill and campfire place. After the hall is the first bedroom with a large double bed and closet space. Opposite is a small toilet, in front of which stairs go down to the sauna facilities. In the basement there is toilet (with a shower and washing machine) at the end. The sauna is electric sauna with shower and 2 children’s baths. The middle floor also has a living room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need. Upstairs there is a lobby with access to three bedrooms and childrens room. The children’s room has lots of toys and 1 childrens bed and a bunk bed. One mattress can be put for example to some of the bedrooms. We also have travel cotc that you can use. Upstairs bedrooms both have large beds. Other one is king size and the other queen size. We live in a house, ie the house does not primarily function as an accommodation activity. However, we have emptied the lockers for guests. Guest access The house is about a 15-minute walk from the center of Kerava. There is space for two cars in front of the house (for 4 in summer) and parking is free. The center of Helsinki is about 30 minutes drive and the airport 15 minutes. In front of the house there is a beautiful and large forest. For children, there is a trampoline and a playhouse in the yard. You can use the pool in the winter as well. Other things to note NOTE! There are many stairs in the house and the swimming pool temperature is around 15-20 degrees.
