There are many buses accessible from George IV Bridge - which is located at the top of Victoria Street. There is an NCP car park with access from Kings Stables Road which is only a 5/10 min walk from the flat. Other things to note The apartment is on the upper 2 floors of an historic building - therefore there are stairs to climb. The total floor space is circa 110m2. The Old Town is the most exciting and vibrant part of Edinburgh and you may occasionally hear fireworks (Aug festival)/bagpipes/singing/people.. however it is muted as you are 3/4 floors high. One bedroom does not have a television.
