Cable TV, wireless, fully stocked kitchen. The apartment is turnkey and ready to enjoy. There is a secured parking spot in the back of the building for those with a car. There is a new queen sized MURPHY BED (with a real mattress) in the living room to accommodate multiple guests. The building has heated pool and gets great sun during the day. For those a little more ambitious, the beach is only 4 blocks away. **There are 2 new mattresses in the apartment (one for the bedroom and one for the murphy bed) - one is firm for those that prefer a lot of support, one is a little softer for those that prefer something more soft. They can be switched upon request. There are also multiple pillow types (feather, synthetic, firm, soft) to choose from. My goal is to make the bedroom as accommodating as possible to every different sleep style/preference (I myself am sort of a picky sleeper-I once slept on the floor of an airbnb for a month cause the bed was too soft!)
