Located in the Sapphire Valley Resort this elegant studio with full kitchen is a wonderful private space with vaulted ceilings a modern-rustic feel with a king bed, back porch, full size washer/dryer and level entry. Inside the resort and within walking distance of all the amenities. If you need more space we have another studio next door that sleeps 3 with a queen bed and single pull out couch (Light & Bright Retreat Listing #3147203). There are five restaurants within walking distance some serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. This area offers all the adventures for the outdoor enthusiast including hiking, biking, waterfalls, fly fishing, and boating making this sweet little enclave the perfect place to stay on the Highlands, Cashiers and Sapphire Valley. An outdoor wonderland with waterfalls galore! Guests have all access to the condo and resort amenities (Passes $2. per day with a 3-day minimum available at the Community Center) along with discounts on all of the outdoor activities! Golf, private lake, recreation center, and more! Guests enjoy access and discounts to ski slopes, zip line, track, 9 and 18 hole golf courses, pickle ball and tennis courts, putt putt, game room, playground and recreation center with an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, weight room, and more. This area offers all the adventures for the outdoor enthusiast including hiking, biking, waterfalls, fly fishing, and boating on private Lake Fairfield all in the "Jewel of Sapphire Valley". Available if needed. For your dining and entertainment there are four restaurants within the resort. Arts and crafts shows, concerts on the slopes, a private lake with swimming and boat rentals, 9-18 hole golf, tennis, pickle ball, playground, track & wilderness trail, gym, indoor/outdoor pool, ski, zip line and everything you could would want from a vacation destination most in walking distance making this sweet little enclave the perfect place to stay. Getting around in your automobile is easy. Or you can sign up for any of the day trips offered by the resort. This includes shopping, waterfalls, Biltmore Estate just to mention a few. This area offers all the adventures for the outdoor enthusiast including hiking, biking, waterfalls, fly fishing, boating, and much more. The quaint towns of Cashiers and Highlands are close by with shopping, arts, public parks and entertainment. Local Infrastructure is not the same as it is metropolitan neighborhoods. While properties do have WIFI, the connection speeds are slower and cannot handle streaming on multiple devices simultaneously. We encourage our guests to take full advantage of the mountains and get out to explore and enjoy! A stronger Wifi is available at the Community and Recreation Center within walking distance.
