Situated between spruce grove and stony plain 3 km north of the yellowhead highway. Escape from the city to the country for a retreat!!! or just take a break on your journey!!! The space This is a beautifully finished one bedroom suite, roughly 600sqft area with an open concept kitchen, laundry and living/dining area, the bed and bath are their own rooms. Completely self contained and sealed from; on the 2nd floor of a 2 bay garage with a separate secured entrance. Guest access There is paved access that is maintained year round by the county. So snowplowed and sanded in the winter and traffic should any problems arise. lots of onsite parking and a specific spot for the guests. Other things to note Our home is a good place to unwind and slow down from the fast pace of the world around. A good place to experience nature and enjoy our natural environment
