Indulge in a breathtaking getaway nestled in the plush private golf/spa resort, Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. The only resort in PR to host the Puerto Rico Open. This exquisite 4-bedroom (all bedrooms are private), 3 1/2 bath villa boasts scenic views of the lush El Yunque rainforest, a turquoise sea, 2 Tom Kite golf courses & a private pool. Gated, resort-style villas in Rio Grande, just 25 minutes from the SJU airport, 10 minutes from the El Yunque rain forest, and 35 minutes from San Juan. The space Four separate bedrooms, each designed for privacy with its own individual door. Each bedroom has ample closet space for stowing luggage and clothing. Two bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms with tubs. And, the fourth bedroom serves as an office space with a bunk bed (Full and Twin), desk, chair, and television. The community areas include two balconies, a TV lounge, a family room, and a dining room for fun with family and guests. A kitchen fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and cooking essentials makes those stay-in moments feel like home. Other things to note Guests who stay with us for 4 or more nights, will have their Puerto Rico experience enhanced by receiving up to a "total" of 4 complementary resort passes (minus the fees and taxes) after we receive the paid receipt and the maintenance check has cleared. This reimbursement is based on the number of guests, to a maximum of 4. If there are 2 guests, we will reimburse for 2 passes, and if there are 9 guests, we will reimburse up to 4 passes only (less fees). The passes allow guests access to Resort amenities such as the outdoor pool with a swim-up bar, pool lounge chairs (first come, first served), and access to the Resort's section of Coco Beach. The Resort offers a per-person-per-day resort pass through the online service, Resort Pass or directly from the Resort's website. Currently, the cost is $75+ for guests 13 years and older, $50 for children ages 5 to 12, and free entry for children ages 4 and younger when accompanied by an adult. Coco Beach has many residents and guests who access the abundant and varied sand-surface water sports and activities. Hosing off sand near the pool or in the washroom on the first floor across from the elevator is greatly appreciated. It is also recommended to stagger water-usage (i.e., showering, dishwashing and washing machine use) to maintain water pressure throughout the villas and the condo. Please note that if you are looking to book during the end of February through mid-March, the Hyatt Grand Reserve Golf Course is host to the annual Puerto Rico Open. The golf course will close "at minimum", one week prior to the event for maintenance and preparation. During the week-long Puerto Rico Open, guests are welcome to watch as spectators but are not granted access to the courses for personal use. General admission Grounds tickets are available on a single-day basis for each round of the competition. As well as the golf event, fans can enjoy beach tennis, live music, entertainment, and more with their paid admission!
