Welcome to stay in this newly built house of 40m2, located around greenery, only 400 m from the Vaxholms city centre with shops and restaurants. From the harbour you can easily take the ferry to the Stockholm inner city or jump on a boat to further explore the archipelago. You have your own patio for meals and chill outside. The property has TV and wifi. The space The house has an open living-room area with high ceiling and many windows. There is a table for home dining when preferred. The house has a total of 3 beds. One king size for 2 people on the loft. Downstairs in the bed room there is one bed (120 cm). Please make sure you are fit to climb the stairs to the loft, only you know! From the living-room you can access to the patio where you find a table and chairs for meals and hanging out. Guest access The house is very centrally located in Vaxholm with an 10 minute walk (500 meters) to shops, restaurants, bakery and the harbour. From the Vaxholm harbour (500m) you can jump on a boat that takes you to the Stockholm inner city within 1 hour. From the Vaxholm harbour you can as well access all boats that takes you further out in the Stockholm archipelago. If you come by car to us, you can park close to the house. Just let us know and we will guide you! Other things to note The king size bed is located on the loft as the picture shows. Please make sure you are fit to climb the stairs, only you would know! Bedding and towels are provided of course!
