Centrally located small modern house

Welcome to this newly built 40 m² house, perfectly located in the heart of Vaxholm, just 400 metres from the town centre and harbour with its charming shops, cafés and restaurants. The house is surrounded by greenery and borders a beautiful forest, offering a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy the best of both nature and the Stockholm archipelago. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a longer holiday, this is the perfect base for exploring Vaxholm and the surrounding islands. The space The house features two rooms. The bright, open-plan living area has high ceilings and large windows that create a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The loft is furinshed with one king size bed. Please make sure you are fit to climb the stairs to the loft, only you know! The separate bedroom downstairs is furnished with a comfortable 120 cm bed. From the living room, you step directly onto your patio, complete with a table and chairs. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun, relax with a book after a swim, or unwind with a glass of wine after a day exploring the archipelago. The guest house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, while the beach, waterfront promenade, restaurants, cafés and ferry connections are all within a short walking distance. Guest access The house is very centrally located in Vaxholm with an 10 minute walk (500 meters) to shops, restaurants, bakery and the harbour. From the Vaxholm harbour (500m) you can jump on a boat that takes you to the Stockholm inner city within 1 hour. From the Vaxholm harbour you can as well access all boats that takes you further out in the Stockholm archipelago. If you come by car to us, you can park close to the house. Just let us know and we will guide you! Other things to note The king size bed is located on the loft as the picture shows. Please make sure you are fit to climb the stairs, only you would know! Bedding and towels are provided of course!
