Good news: you just found the perfect place. Yes, a spacious and welcoming house directly in front of the sea, 3 acres of preserved nature, a lot of privacy, WIFI, restaurants nearby and hosts that will do their best. So imagine waking up in a breathtaking landscape and a luxuriant nature. Hear the waves talking, the birds singing, feel the ocean breeze in your hair and the sun on your skin, its calm, it’s beautiful. That’s the relax beach experience. Welcome home. The space Time to enjoy your new beach home. It's big. It's private. It's clean and it basically has everything you need. The only thing left to do is enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. Your house is 70m2 big split into two floors, each with its separated bedroom and private bathroom. The difference is that on the first floor you have a fully equipped kitchen and on the second floor a big terrace. Thanks to the constant ocean breeze and the traditional palm roofing, you will stay fresh and sleep like a baby. Oh, and be careful with the two hammocks on the terrace, once you get in, it's very difficult to step out =) Of course, we also have WIFI! We have a stable connection through Starlink that should work fine for almost everything. In case of a power shortage (that happens from time to time here) we invested in an UPS and a Power Generator, so that it doesn't affect you. The property is really huge which is awesome because it's filed with plants and fruit trees that you can harvest and enjoy. It also gives you a wonderful feeling of privacy. This is further enhanced by the fact that the beach in front of the property is almost private. Because yes, in Colombia, all beaches are public, but because of the geography and the fact that the access that is only possible through the properties or by boat, it becomes private. The beach right in front is small and sometimes when the tide is high it can disappear for a couple of hours, but if you walk 100m to the left you will find dry sand. The ocean here is safe, we never experience strong currents and the waves are never dangerous.
