This is a 1300 sq ft Suite with a full kitchen, bathroom, walk in closet, washer/dryer, living room and a beautiful view of downtown Utica. This building houses residential & commercial spaces, as well as the rooftop restaurant Ocean Blue. We're located right where you want to be in the heart of downtown Utica. The space Check-In 10AM - 17PM Check-Out 12PM This Suite is located in a historic building (built in late 1800's) that houses commercial & residential spaces, as well as Ocean Blue Restaurant, which is located on the 4th floor. This is the only restaurant in Utica that will give you amazing city views like nothing else. This space is COMPLETELY private. It is your very own Suite in the building. It's quiet, close to everything, and safe. Parking is super easy. There is a large parking lot off of the main entrance to the building for you to use. You should never have an issue with finding parking and you do not need a parking pass. Most importantly this building is close to buses, taxis, major roadways and the train. It's also within walking distance to the Stanley Theater, the Utica Auditorium, Saranac Brewery, Varick Street, and some of the best bars/restaurants in town. We provide freshly washed towels. The luxurious pillows, sheets and down comforter that we also provide, will make you never want to leave. Other things to note You will pick your keys from me. Keys are to be dropped off in the drop box, which is located next to the mailboxes in the lobby. All Keys MUST be returned or there will be a $200 charge. Everything that is in the room needs to stay in the room or you will be charged for taking something. We have two elevators in the building. One is for the Restaurant, the other elevator is for residents only. You will need to use your key fob to access the resident elevator to go up to the 2nd Floor to get to Room 204 you take a RIGHT once you get off the elevator, and then a LEFT and its strait ahead.
