The clay half-timbered house is located extraordinarily in the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large property. Heating with wood (house & sauna). Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors. The space I completely renovated the vacation home two years ago. And exposed the old structure (timber/clay). Heating, if necessary, is done with wood (fireplaces). Internet is available. Shopping is 5 km away. On request there is a parking space for a motorhome available. Each room has a Sonos box.
