Staff who can correspond 24 hours in lobby are ready for your check in. The space -The living room is big enough with the big sofa. -The master bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom. The other bedrooms has a queen size bed. -The balcony is big! You can relax or exercise and enjoy with the beautiful ocean view all the time. You can also enjoy breakfast/sunset dining and drink in your home. -The kitchen is opening style and have space. You can cook with enjoy talking. -The electric range with air fly, refrigerator and the dishwasher are brand new! - We have washing machine as dryer. You can use laundry Detergent. -This is the private owner unit, so there will be few personal belongings but will be kept separately. Good thing for you is you will have everything ready to live and enjoy! Please ask if you would like to have your room cleaned, we can make a reservation for cleaner for $80. Common area -2nd floor Pool & gym -Convenience store in the lobby -You can go to the private beach less than 1 min walk. There is a direct connection from the condominium to the beach(free access) Guest access All inside rooms and common area in the building Other things to note *This room is the owner’s room.
