"The Rest", a Charming Victorian.

1887 humble log cabin at its bones, family friendly, pets allowed (1 dog 15 lbs and under), garden, pool table, HDTV, wood+gas fires, pool table, library, surround sound, dining room, breakfast area+greenhouse room, quiet neighborhood, scenic Animas Valley. Call. The space - The house is a home and has 138 years of history. It has funky corners to snuggle in and the entire first floor with several rooms of common space for families to enjoy. - There is a pool table and dart board and many board games along with TV/ Wide screen and Roku. - Lots of common space to enjoy with family and pet (remember no pets allowed on furniture.) Guest access - Guests have access to a garden area with hammock, a fire place and seating. There is a small patio, backyard and a side yard with a creek for guests to enjoy. - The back yard is almost completely enclosed but there is a wire fence that can be pulled near the porch. - Remember dogs are not allowed to be left outside alone. - If guest needs to leave without dog they must be crated. One will be provided by owner if needed. Just ask! [There are out buildings, etc... they are all off limits to guests] Other things to note - Almost everything you need should be at the house for extensive meal preparation including varied spices. - Dogs may only be left alone in the house if they are crated. A crate will be provided if necessary. Just ask! - Keep in mind it is an old home and must be treated with kindness. - The library is not for lending.
