Cal Bisbe, Charming Rural Holiday House

Cal Bisbe house, it's a very beautiful rural whole house for rent. Well equipped and comfortable, it is an ideal place to spend time relaxing or on holiday with family or friends. The house is situated in the small village of Capmany (Gerona), which is part of the Alt Empordà region and makes up the northerly part of the Costa Brava. It is very well connected and close to the beaches or mountains, it is also close to the city of Figueres and the shopping areas on the Spanish/French border. The space The house faces the south, protected from the northern wind, with sun all day long, as well in winter as in summer. Outside there is a yard where you can park your car, a swimming-pool and a resting zone protected by a wooden pergola that allows to enjoy better the time you spend outside. On the ground floor, you find the yard, with wooden table and chairs, to have your meals outdoor, a vestibule, the kitchen, living room with fireplace and a smaller room with a large bed (160x200 cm) and one another bed (90x200 cm). At the first floor, you have the terrace entirely equipped with furnitures, a living room with fireplace, with access to the kitchen, a bathroom, a room with two individual beds (90x200 cm) and the main room with a large bed (160x200 cm). A wooden stairway leads to the mezzanine where are two cabinets. This country house, recently restaured, has kept its original and genuine personality, its thick walls made of stones and its typical catalan vaults. The stone, the oak wood, the forged iron, antic furnitures and chandeliers, give it at first sight a peculiar charm. The whole house is equipped with central air conditioning system and free wifi. Guest access Cal Bisbe house is rented entirely and exclusively to one group. There are no common areas that need to be shared, not even the pool. Other things to note "Cal Bisbe" is registered with number HUTG-020597 in the Official Registry of Tourist Establishments of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
