The building houses unit one and unit two. They connect on the third floor through a door that can be locked for privacy. Unit one is the smaller unit housing 6 guests. Unit one is also available to rent independently. Unit two houses up to 8 guests and is larger. Unit two is also available to rent independently. Both units are independent with all amenities included ,kitchens/bathrooms/balconies/backyards. Guests with multiple families enjoy this feature. It allows for independence at night. And during the day the third floor door can be opened granting access to guests without having to go outside and enter the other unit. Keeps everyone together but separate if need be. Extremely safe and peaceful community. It is our mission to provide a safe and friendly place to relax and enjoy all that puerto Nuevo and surrounding areas have to offer. Huge parking space for up to 20 cars/trailers/atvs/horses. Some guests prefer to park inside garage others prefer to park outside. We have 24/7 security guards on site and your vehicles and belongings are our top priority. This large space can also be used for receiving horses/atvs directly to the property!!! This allows you to leave vehicles parked safely while you are out on adventure. Many Airbnb experiences available. Some guests in the past mentioned spare room was not needed and preferred using couches and sofa beds that are included in upper unit. Other guests have mentioned the complete opposite!
