The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - The sunbathing area is equipped with 7 comfortable sun beds, 2 umbrellas, 2 sofas and decked area next to the pool for outmost relaxation. - Outdoor sitting area with an additional sofa and armchairs next to the pool and direct access to the living room. - Fully equipped gas barbecue facilities. - Outdoor dining table with corner sofa for alfresco meals for all guests next to the BBQ. - Additional siting area with armchairs next to the dining area. - Big area with lawn at the rear part of the Villa, ideal for the children to play. - Private entrance with a gate. - Private parking space for two cars inside the Villa premises. - Washing machine and clothes dryer in a storage room in the rear garden. ** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax.
