Log Cabin in the city

READ ENTIRE LISTING! NO PARTIES/ GATHERINGS. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed to be on my property. I WILL KICK YOU OUT AND CALL THE COPS. I DO NOT PLAY GAMES. The listing is the entire UPPER LEVEL of my log cabin, which is conveniently located less than a mile from Downtown Winston-Salem! The back yard is surrounded by woods and a privacy fence! Great place close to downtown. NO SMOKING of any kind allowed anywhere. Pots and pans are available. No salt and pepper or condiments The space This is a most unique cabin, built it in late 70s and custom interior work done by myself! With the feel of being in the mountains but positioned in the Middle of Winston, it is conveniently located to most everything in the city. The cabin is Tucked away right off of Peters Creek Parkway, which is straight shot into downtown. Mostly in a COMMERCIAL business area, and NOT a gated community. I can not stress enough that this cabin is in the CITY! There is literally a Bojangles across the street! Expect that when you arrive!!!No late check outs! Guest access Guest have access to the entire UPPER LEVEL of the cabin, which includes two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and private fenced in back yard. It’s not the entire cabin, but that was the only option when setting up my account. The lower level is also a separate airbnb apartment. Other things to note NO PARTIES, gatherings, or LOUD MUSIC! I will kick you out! Not to be a bummer, but this house is not a party spot. Please note: No Local channels or cable, only Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu or other apps through my smart TV. The Basement airbnb might be occupied by other guests. Sound sound travels and the floors creak, so please don’t run around the house. WiFi is on the app under your reservation Due to disrespectful people wanting to throw a party for 100-200 people in my home and trash it for a price of $90 a night, I’m also very strict. This house is for sleeping only. If you think you’re going to have a gathering or friends over, forget it. You want to have “family” over and cook out, NOPE. Only the number of people you have on your check in will be allowed.
