Hotel feeling in the middle of the city center, with a large roof terrace

Studio apartment, in the heart of Kristiansand city center. Large shared roof terrace overlooking the city, as well as spacious work desk with the possibility to connect to an extra screen that is in the apartment. A bit of a hotel feeling, without having to rush breakfast before 10 am☺️ The space Elegant and cozy furnished one-room apartment (23m²), right in the center of Kristiansand. The apartment is decorated like a hotel room, but with its own kitchen, and office space with an extra screen you can connect to in order to work more easily. TV with quality sound from a Dali soundbar, which can also be easily connected with Bluetooth on your mobile to listen to music. Bathroom with fog-free mirror and toilet with suction that removes all odors from the toilet visit. Soft 150 cm continental bed and small seating area for two people. The apartment has access to a free washing machine in the shared laundry in the basement, and there is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you can treat yourself to a little longer stay here if you need to work in the city for a week. We have chosen dark calm colors for the apartment, curtains and furniture in velour, corrugated panel in heat-treated OSP that gives a nice funkis, retro feeling. The floor is handmade from old pallets and cladding, but treated with love and hard wax oil, so it is real solid wood and gives the good feeling under the legs. There is a blackout curtain, so if you work shifts, or are a hard-core B-person, it is possible to turn day into complete night in here. Our goal when we created this place was a place we could use as a cabin and find peace and well-being, but in the middle of the city center. And little will please us more, than if others can find that peace. Guest access The entire apartment, as well as the common roof terrace and washing machine/dryer in the basement, can be used by the tenant. Other things to note There are three grocery stores within 200 meters from the apartment, a number of restaurants within the same distance. It is about 400 meters to walk to the pedestrian street, "Markens", which is Kristiansand city center's main street. The bus from Kjevik airport stops about 350 meters away, and departs again just outside the apartment. There is no private parking on the premises, but street parking with a maximum of three hours for a fee during the day between 8 am and 5 pm Monday to Saturday, free Sunday. There is also a parking garage within a few blocks, with somewhat cheaper parking, if you are going to be parked for a long time.
