Inside, recently renovated, you will find: On the first level: -A living room of 90m² with its cathedral ceiling, central fireplace, sofas and pool table. -A kitchen of 55 m² with gas piano, table that can accommodate 15 people very comfortably, 1 wine cellar, 1 freezer, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers -2 side bathrooms with toilet and shower -A laundry room with washing machine and dryer - A connecting apartment but which also has independent access, the living room can be used as a meeting room.
