Hummingbirds, birds, iguanas, and opossums wander freely, while towering bamboo: over 15 meters tall; sways above. A peaceful retreat where nature speaks in every breeze and rustle. We are just one block from the sea and breathtaking sunsets painting the sky with fire and calm breaking over the ocean. The space * I want you to know I’m very concern about keeping my space clean because im not only renting a space for you... I’m actually opening the doors of my house and the heart of my family and privacy. My family lives in the front of the property and our security and health is a priority for us. We want to make you feel as if you were at home with us and we will treat you as family not just like a guest. Cleanliness has always been top of mind for hosts and guests but today has become more important than ever which is why I put higher standard for cleaning. I follow all the hygiene and cleaning protocol of Airbnb. PREPARE-CLEAN-SANITIZE-CHECK-RESET. I sanitize high touch surface down, light switches and doorknob using cleaners and desinfectants wearing protective equipment to prevent cross contamination. I’m doing all I can for our community health and well being. We clean and sanitize and follow step by step all Airbnb protocol of cleaning to give you the peace and trust we are very very commit to clean and give you the high standard cleaning and respect our guests deserve as well as us like hosts to have the confident we are receiving guests concern as we are about cleaning and healthcare. * Our accommodations are designed to provide guests with an authentic experience of how many locals live on the island. The property is an open space immersed in nature, featuring an expansive garden with a jungle-like atmosphere. Staying here means immersing yourself in the heart of nature. The surroundings are abundant with lush greenery, and it is common to encounter wildlife such as hummingbirds, various bird species, raccoons, all types of rodents, opossums, frogs, lizards, and iguanas. Please note that this setting is most suitable for those who appreciate and love nature. By the way, the room has a screen door :) It is important for us to inform our guests in advance, as some individuals may feel uneasy with the tranquil darkness of the night or the presence of small animals outside their rooms. However, this unique environment offers a serene and relaxing space, perfect for disconnecting from the outside world and embracing peace and tranquility. * We have security camara on the front porch and in the backyard facing the patio, paths and pool. They will be on during your stay to keep the security and safety at the property. * WE HAVE BIKE RENTAL in case your are interesting to explore the island in an eco friendly style: we rent brand new aluminum bikes in a great condition and quality: It counts with helmet and lock; we have urban bikes and mountain bikes. All payments are only through Airbnb : we don’t receive cash. BIKE PRICES. one or two days: 250 pesos per day. 3 or more days : 200 per day. Other things to note Our neighborhood is peaceful and conveniently located near many of the island’s attractions and services. We’re just 5 minutes by car from the international airport and 4 blocks from the main pier. Everything you need is within easy reach, including a 24-hour supermarket just a 7-minute walk away and a laundromat only 2 blocks from the house. You’ll be surrounded by lush greenery and may spot local wildlife such as wild birds, hummingbirds, iguanas, opossums, raccoons, and other small rodents creatures. Plus, you’ll meet my friendly dog, Ferdinando! Your room is on the ground level, and for your comfort, we recommend keeping the screen door closed at all times to prevent any small animals or insects from entering. The screen door is specially designed and sealed to keep the room insect-free. We hope you enjoy your stay and feel at home in our little slice of paradise!
