Our house is well located, close to the Events Center, Unifor, Shopping Malls, gastronomic hub, beautiful leisure and sports squares, Churches, neighborhood police station, we are on the way to beautiful beaches. We are well served by public transportation. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. We are 10 km from the Seafront and the city center The space We are a residential house with a space (2nd floor and ground floor bedrooms) reserved for our guests. We have en-suites and rooms without a bathroom. All with air-conditioning, and a place for you to work or just surf the internet. We have an open and ventilated space for meals and a support pantry (shared). Our TV room is air-conditioned and very cozy, with several entertainment channels and games for your enjoyment, where you can also interact with other guests. We have parking. Guest access To your single room, TV room, pantry, dining area and outdoor common areas, such as patios and garden. During your stay We'll keep in touch by phone and/or in person. Other things to note Future guests should inform us of any health issues so that we can better serve you. We also serve breakfast (optional) with a reservation and payment at check-in. Guests staying longer may have the option to use our (stocked) support pantry to prepare meals (Usage Fee).
