This modern flat is in the picturesque town of Montrose in Angus. 5 mins walk from a Blue Flag beach, Championship golf course and quaint high street shops. Beautiful modern flat with open plan kitchen/lounge area, 1 double bed and 1 bed which can be made single or double. 1 bathroom and private outside courtyard. Beautifully decorated. Fully equipped TV/Linen/Towels. Unrestricted on street parking. Main east coast train and bus to nearby cities eg: St Andrew’s, Carnoustie Aberdeen Dundee. The space The flat is a modern 2 bedroom property. The smaller bedroom bed can be made up to a single or a double bed. The larger bedroom has a double bed. Shower Room has a beautiful walk in rain shower, toilet and vanity sink area. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your staycation. Guest access When you are staying you have access to the fully enclosed courtyard and the seating area outside of the flat. The courtyard has shared access/egress with two other tenants. Other things to note There is a combo washing machine dryer. We do not recommend using the dryer as it takes so long to dry clothes and gets very hot which may damage your items. There is however an outside wall mounted Brabantia rotary clothes dryer for use during your stay should you require it. This is located on the wall in the courtyard to the side of the patio garden furniture. There is also a drying/airing rack for inside should you wish to use this. We do not want any of the bed linen or towels washed or dried in this machine. If you need fresh linen for any reason please contact us or use the laundry service out the gate to your right.
