NB: You will have receive a room key - A beautiful high-ceilinged room with double bed, balcony & shared bathroom in this 120yr historic mansion. Use of kitchen available for a separate payment of 2 usd per night. We are a few blocks from San Telmo, near 2 subways and walking distance from downtown, casa rosada, congreso & more.. Please see my other listings! If you require a private bathroom pls book the Suite. The space Stay in a 120 year-old mansion featured in the government book on architecture as well as several famous music videos and films, and listed as a historic building. The Blue room is a private double bedroom with its own balcony and is served by a shared bathroom with bath, shower and bidet at the top of the house. NO SMOKERS PLEASE! Kitchen access available for 2 usd per night. "Spanish Lessons / Translator - An experienced teacher is available for spanish classes. Tango Classes are also available." Guest access Guests use the shared bathroom at the top of the house (please note this is up 2 flights of stairs so not for the elderly or infirm. There are other toilets in the house that you can use on the ground floor). They also have access to the dining area and garden (if you wish to have kitchen access it’s an extra 5 usd per night or free when booking the Mint room or Suite. We invite you to pick your own oranges and loquats when our trees fruit. During your stay Our live-in house-sitters will answer any questions you might have about your stay and I am always available by email or telephone should you require. Other things to note This is a great neighbourhood because there aren't too many tourists so you can see how locals really live! It's also close to lots of tourist spots (see below) so you have the best of both worlds.
