Glamorgan is a lovely old neighborhood that is well treed and central for shopping, eating at well known chains as well as little boutique-y places. It is not uncommon for people to take walks and be outside. Other things to note This space is the lower level of our home. It has its own private entrance and private living room, bathroom and kitchenette ready for you to spend a cozy night in by our fireplace, comfy sectional and large TV. 🐾 AND FOR YOUR FURRY FRIENDS We love welcoming pets, and to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, we ask that you kindly follow these guidelines: Potty breaks: Please ensure your dog does not relieve themselves in our yard. There’s a wonderful off-leash dog park just a 3-minute walk away! If an accident happens in the yard or alley, it must be cleaned up right away. (Any waste left behind may result in a $100 additional cleaning fee.) Furniture: To keep things fresh and in good shape, we ask that pets stay off the furniture, especially the bed. Pet hair: If an excessive amount of pet hair is left on the couches or bedding, an additional $50 cleaning fee may apply. House-trained only: Pets staying here must be house-trained.
