This inviting suite/cottage has a flavor of whimsical West Texas with a colorful artistic twist. Enter from the West side private drive to a sitting area furnished with a microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge and a niche to sit and dwell a spell. The hallway serves as a mini library for your reading pleasure. Original art by Becky is throughout the guest quarters. The bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, TV with ROKU and DVD player. Ironing board and iron are provided. The bath has a tub/shower combination. Window AC unit, ceiling fan, electric fireplace and space heaters serve for climate control. Access to a large yard with picnic tables and seating is available on the East side of the property (with full house rental). This space is best suited for 2 adults as it is not set up for children. Other things to note Check in time is 3pm & Check out time 11am. Minimum of two nights.
