The space This very spacious, mid-century modern house has been in our family for more than 60 years. Restoration and improvement projects have made this a lovely, comfortable place for short or long-term stays. There is a full kitchen with complete cooking tools, washer and dryer in our daylight basement (fee-based), and parking for 2 cars (no moving vans or trucks). Our home is comfortable and conveniently located. (Detailed cleaning practices standards meet or exceed Covid-19 cleaning needs.) Please note: deep-well water is the water source for our home. Water filtration system located in utility room along with washer and dryer (fee-based.) While our water is filtered, it tastes different than city water. If you are not use to well water you may not like our water. Our house uses a septic system. Guest access This listing offers the main floor of our home plus a second primary bedroom and full bathroom upstairs. Guests must be able to walk a flight of stairs to be able to use the upstairs primary room. This listing is available for up to 6 guests (children 4 and older only.) There is a lovely patio accessed through glass-sliding doors in the dining room. The front door and patio each have 2-step stairs, making them very easy for all ages to access. The utility room is in the basement (full flight of stairs down); washer and dryer located here, and are available for an additional fee. Yard ares are available to guests.
