2 bedroom multi-level villa in Patong

This 2 bedroom villa is located in the south of Patong beach on an elevated land nestled in a quiet road with a scenic view of the beautiful mountains. It belongs to a complex of villas that were only recently constructed. Patong beach and famous Bangla Road is only a short 4-5 minutes drive away. Other things to note Important note: - There is a security deposit 10,000 Baht (refundable) required to pay upon arrival and will be refunded on check out. - Water and electricity included. - Complimentary daily drinking water bottles. - Free daily cleaning and towels change. Linen will be changed every 3 days. - Reception time at 9am - 6pm. Guest who will check in after 6pm, we will leave the key at security guard. And the security deposit will be strictly required to pay the next day. - Villa has 2 bedroom suit for 4 people. Extra adult will be charged 1,000 baht per night. Maximum 1 extra person. - Extra child under 11 years sharing existing bed with parent is free of charge. Maximum 2 children allowed. • Extra bed may come in the form of sofa bed or mattress. This is subject to availability. • Child 12 years old and over will be considered as adult and extra person fee 1,000THB will be charged. • Maximum 6 people allowed in this villa type. - Photos are from one of the villas. There are 6 villas and they are all identical in layout but decoration might be little different. So, reservation is for one of them. Security Deposit Policy : A security deposit 10,000 THB will be paid by cash upon arrival and refundable. However, guest can pay by USD or put one original passport instead of cash. - Pets are not allowed, a fine of 5,000 (five thousand baht) is charged if guest is found violating the law. - Smoking is strictly not permitted in the villa except outdoor space.
