Private bathroom: includes a sink, toilet and shower. Shared Den: includes a mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, and countertop oven for reheating food and preparing simple meals. Keurig K-cup machine and kettle also available for tea or coffee. Shared laundry room: includes washer, dryer and laundry sink. Things to note: -Additional cleaning fee -Additional fee of $30/night for each guest after 1 (up to 2 guests) Guest access Guests have separate entrance that’s shared with guests staying in the adjacent bedroom. They love humans and will greet you very excitedly. If you don't like dogs or are afraid of dogs, please let me know in advance and I will keep them away. Potential for noise: We live upstairs so there will be some sound travelling down such as voices or footsteps. There may also be some noise from the adjacent bedroom. As well, my two dogs may bark from time to time. They’re usually quiet at night. Shared spaces: The den, and laundry room are shared with other guests. During COVID-19: Please inform us right away if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms such as fever, cough or difficulty breathing.
