Nearby there are numerous options of restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors and supermarkets that can be quickly accessed by Avenida Fragata in front. Other things to note The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, LCD TV (not a smart TV) with open TV channels, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two bunk beds for 4 people, a wardrobe and a fan. This room does not have air conditioning. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, a gas oven built into the stove, sink, a microwave, a refrigerator, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for up to 6 people. Integrated into the kitchen is a service area with a sink for washing clothes. The living/dining room has a table with 4 chairs, sofa and LCD TV (not a smart TV) with open TV channels and a door with access to the balcony. This room has no air conditioning.
