The Bedroom Our comfortable boutique bedroom has a flat screen Smart TV, high speed broadband internet and Netflix connection to the TV. As well as a shared pool area, where you can relax or recline in the sun on our Acapulco-style lounge chairs. You will find a comfortable King size bed, there are warm light lamps next to the bed and it has a mirror hand decorated by island artisans with an authentic design. This bedroom has a large closet, ironing board, iron with steam option, safe, warm lighting, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. Kitchenette Our kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender and essential basic utensils for cooking, glasses, cutlery and essential dishes. Internet WIFI The Internet connection that we have is not common to find in Cozumel. We have a fiber optic line. The Wi-Fi router is installed in the apartment and in common areas for a strong and better signal, ideal for intense data use, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime or file downloads. Parking Space It´s available first come first serve in case you travel with your own vehicle or decide to rent a vehicle. Parking is located on the outside of the property which is monitored by recording cameras 24 hours a day. Swimming pool We have a nice pool which has "Acapulco" style chairs to rest and sunbathe while enjoying a refreshing drink, there are also small tables to place your drinks or sunscreen as well as small belongings. In the general areas we have patio tables with umbrellas available for use. Guest access Security The entrance and main areas of the property are recorded using a CCTV system. For greater comfort and security, your check-in is digital. Access is only for guests registered in the reservation. IMPORTANT* Visitors are not allowed on the property. IMPORTANT: Guests who show up without the holder of the reservation at the time of their check-in or the holder is absent during their stay will not be able to be registered or allow their stay. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Pets are not allowed. The included cleaning fee only applies to cleaning upon your departure. In case you need cleaning service during your stay.
