Located in the vacation residence "Les Villas du Lac" in Soustons Plage. It includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility to bring them together to make 1 double bed), a newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, an equipped kitchenette (2-burner glass-ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee makers and filter, dishwasher) and a beautiful open terrace with awning (new) of 10 m2 facing east with 1 table and 4 garden chairs. Guest access On an area of 5 hectares, the "Les Villas du Lac" residence consists of apartments and maisonettes around the swimming pool and children's paddling pool (open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from the beginning of June). The residence is fully fenced and a code allows you to enter. The car remains in the free parking lot located at the entrance (limited spaces). There are numerous cycling routes as well as the Vélodyssée. The Vieux Boucau Marine Lake is 2 minutes away and the ocean is 7 minutes away (supervised beaches of Soustons Plage) by bike. Bike rental possible in the residence in season. Bicycle garages accessible in the residence and hook to attach the bicycles on the terrace. The on-site restaurant and bar are open from June 20 to September 5 (takeaway, bread delivery). No on-site equipment rental for tennis, mini-golf and ping-pong. Laundromat (for a fee) within the Residence. Free shuttles in summer. Other things to note Linens are not provided. Nor dish towels and garbage bags (30l). In season, the cleaning fee is mandatory, it is €50 to be paid upon arrival. Out of season, you can do it yourself. A deposit (check or cash) will be required upon arrival and returned if everything is okay. In any case, we will ask you to: empty the garbage cans, fridge and dishwasher and leave the bathroom clean. Your arrival can be autonomous with a key box. No pets are allowed.
